How to Transform Your Life in 6 Minutes a Day

As our lives become more and more complex, mostly due to the ever-increasing role of technology, it is more important than ever to find time to pause – and really look at where our lives are headed.

The question we should be asking ourselves is, “Where am I now and where do I want to be?” These simple steps provided by Entrepreneur will help you get there in less than 6 minutes per day.

1. Enjoy 1 Minute of Silence

Take some time at the beginning of your day to clear your head, relax, and de-clutter your mind. We have so much going on throughout our busy workdays that taking a minute to meditate, de-stress and breathe will start your day off with a positive, relaxed mindset.

2. Motivate Yourself

Do you have a list of goals that you would eventually like to achieve? It’s time to read them over and believe that you are not only capable of getting them all done but that there is an unlimited potential that you may not have tapped into yet. Give yourself this pep talk to help focus your attention on what lies ahead for you.

3. Visualize these Dreams

Give life to your ambitions by picturing the light at the end of the tunnel.  What does your dream look like? By visualizing your laid out plans, this will help increase your belief that these goals are attainable.

4. Exercise for 1 Minute

When your body is moving, your mind becomes more focused and alert. Move around to increase your blood flow, which will help kick start your mind for a productive day.

5. Learn Something New

Try and aim to learn one new thing every day.  This will, of course, keep your mind sharp and help you think and work better. The more knowledge we have the more prepared we are for anything life brings our way.

6. Take Notes Each Day

Write up one thing each day that you are grateful for and a few points that you are committed to accomplishing in the near future. This will help inspire and motivate you to keep going, and take action to get one step closer to attaining the very well thought out goals that you have been dreaming about.

Once everyone gets accustomed to it, change can be a good thing! If you’d like to change the way your company deals with paperwork, we’d invite you to visit!
